Meet Wisdom of Awareness Equine Assisted Learning

Welcome to WA Equine Assisted Learning, where I provide a genuine and safe space for individuals to explore and grow. My focus is on offering support for mental health and well-being, fostering social and emotional learning, and guiding you through life's challenges.

My services and programs provide an opportunity for self-awareness and self-reflection, catering to those seeking personal growth, NDIS funded participants, and offering specialised workshops and retreats.

Nestled within the serene landscapes of Wattleup, Western Australia, you'll discover a place where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a deeper understanding of your own identity. Our horse herd provides a unique and supportive avenue for personal exploration and growth. With convenient access to both the city and the countryside, this location is ideal for anyone seeking a respite from the demands of daily life, allowing you to immerse yourself in the transformative experience of connecting with horses and nature.

TESTIMONIALS

"Maddison has just completed a 7 week Equine Learning Program with Lina. The growth, strength, courage and confidence that my daughter has gained from this is amazing. Her understanding of herself, feelings, senses, awareness are only a few personal gains. Lina is patient, understanding, supportive and knowledgeable. We thank you Lina, Murphy, Ellie and Thunder."

WHAT IS EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is a unique approach to personal and professional development that involves experiential learning out in nature with horses. EAL programs provide an interactive environment that promotes awareness, emotional regulation, and better social skills. Participants learn through hands-on experiences with horses, and the feedback from these magnificent animals helps individuals develop better communication and problem-solving skills, build trust and confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self-awareness. Equine-assisted learning is an excellent tool for building resilience, self-esteem, and emotional intelligence. By promoting non-verbal communication and building strong relationships, EAL programs offer participants unique opportunities to learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
