Workshop Topic 1: The Calm State

This workshop is focused on finding calmness and regulating your nervous system. We believe that a calm state is the foundation of physical, emotional, and mental health that is essential to thriving in our busy and demanding world. During the workshop, you will join Lina and gentle equine partners to learn how to settle and relax your nervous system and identify what activates you. Allowing you to empower yourself by taking charge of your own nervous system while being supported by Lina and the horses.

You will be guided through a stretching sequence, specifically focusing on therapeutic stretches that uses balls and blocks to release muscle tension and promote body and mind relaxation. You will also practice healing affirmations paired with poses to support slowing down and releasing old belief patterns. To continue on your journey of self-care and calmness after the workshop, each participant will receive a take-home practice.

Where: Gather with us once a month in the tranquil haven of WA Equine Assisted Learning center nestled in Wattleup.

When: Each workshop is a cherished moment thoughtfully placed on a Sunday, honoring the rhythm of your life. Workshop 1 will be held Sunday 29th October 2023 from 10am till 2pm. 

Participants: Step into an intimate sisterhood of 4-6 adult women, creating a sacred space that allows for personal growth to bloom and individualized attention to flourish.
