Meet Lina Separovich
Founder of WA Equine Assisted Learning
Professional Experience
Welcome to my website! I'm Lina Separovich, and I'm honored to have you here. As a certified Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner and a psychology student at UWA, I bring a warm and compassionate approach to my work. My background in mental health, business, and entrepreneurship helps me support individuals in diverse and meaningful ways.
As a mother of two young children, I understand the need for gentle and empathetic support. I work with people of all ages and have partnered with schools to assist students in their growth and development.
I am certified by the Equine Psychotherapy Institute and have pursued advanced training in areas like anxiety and depression, addictions, supporting NDIS clients, and working with autistic and neurodiverse individuals. My approach also includes gestalt and somatic methods for processing trauma, incorporating poly-vagal theory and somatic experiencing.
I am passionate about guiding others on their personal growth journeys, helping them become experts of their own experiences. By fostering present moment awareness, empowering self-compassion, and encouraging authentic self-expression and connection, I aim to support individuals on their path to peace and inner freedom.
I offer individual sessions, workshops, and retreats to nurture this growth. For those facing complex mental health challenges and trauma, I collaborate with experienced mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive support through GP mental health plans and the NDIS.

As someone deeply attuned to the profound connection between humans, horses, and the natural world, I've discovered the transformative journey that unfolds when we embrace this interconnectedness. Through personal exploration, I've found that nature and horses hold invaluable wisdom, guiding us on a path of growth and self-discovery.
Observing my clients as they immerse themselves in the presence of these majestic creatures and the natural elements fills me with gratitude. Walking alongside them as they connect with the essence of the land and the wisdom of the horses is a remarkable experience. I am honored to support them as they awaken to their true selves, cultivating inner peace, harmony, and a deeper connection with the world around them.

Welcome to our flock and furry friend! Meet our free-range chickens and Missy the Chihuahua - integral members of our team who add their own special touch to our equine assisted learning sessions. Our chickens roam freely around the property during the day, each with its own quirks and personality, bringing a sense of liveliness and connection to nature. Missy is affectionate, sweet, and loves meeting people, adding her unique blend of energy and warmth to the environment. Together, they create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that enhances the learning experience for everyone!
